Project Overview

As part of the redevelopment of 49 Park Lane, the City Council secured funding to improve the streetscape surrounding the new development in Tilney Street and Deanery Street

These streetscape improvements included:

• Resurfacing the carriageway in Tilney Street
• Renewal of existing road markings
• Repaving footway areas with new concrete paving flags
• Improving existing parking facilities
