Project Overview
Westminster City Council has improved the street scene at the shop parade on the Harrow Road between Cirencester Street and Bourne Terrace..
The improvements include:
- Repaving of the footway and private forecourts in traditional pre-cast concrete pavers
- Removal of guard railing
- General de-cluttering and rationalisation of signage
- Provision of resin-bound aggregate tree pits
- Provision of additional cycle parking
