Project Overview

Highway improvement works to the footways adjacent to the Marcol House development on Regent Street and Margaret Street.

Proposal included

• Replacement of existing Yorkstone paving in Regent Street with new Yorkstone paving flags
• Reconstruction of existing mastic asphalt surface in Margaret Street with new Yorkstone paving
• Installation of new recessed covers for utility chambers
• Installation of new gullies to improve drainage
• Installation of new bus stop clearway road markings outside Marcol House
