Project Overview

Adjacent to a developer funded scheme at St. James' Gateway West; bounded by Piccadilly to the north, Lower Regent Street to the east, Eagle Place to the west and Jermyn Street to the south, the associated streetscape works will include improvements in materials, drainage, street lighting, signs and road markings and street furniture.

Outline Programme

Works commenced on site on 4th February 2013. 80% of the scheme is complete. A diversion to a Gas main has to take place on Jermyn Street. There is a layby on Jermyn Street that needs to be renewed and this will take place after the Gas diversion takes place. The Gas diversion is provisionally programmed for September 2013.
