Project Overview

Nos 15-29 Praed Street and no 27 Sale Place are being redeveloped and the following highway improvements are to be implemented as part of a s106 agreement:

• Repaving of footway extents around the development in Sale Place and St Michael Street in new pre-cast concrete flagstone paving flags;
• Provision of new vehicle crossovers along extents of the development in St Michael Street;
• Resurfacing of extents of the carriageway in St Michael Street and Sale Place;
• Upgrading of existing street lighting provision along extents of Sale Place and St Michael Street.
