Project Overview

Westminster City Council is improving the streetscape around Bock W5.

The improvement works include:

• Repaving footways on the northern side of New Burlington Street and western side of Regent Street with natural York stone;
• Increased pedestrian space in New Burlington Place featuring new York stone paving flags and a raised granite sett area;
• New trees and planters in New Burlington Place;
• Revised vehicle loading layout in New Burlington Place;
• Resurfacing the carriageway in New Burlington Street with hot rolled asphalt;
• Improving street lighting, and
• Improving surface water drainage.
