Local Safety Scheme Investigation of Bedford Street, with an aim to reduce the Personal Injury Accidents (PICs) at identified area. Scheme to investigate and analysis road safety including accident data review and traffic survey data. As part of the scheme, remedial measures will be identified and reviewed in order to improve safety for vulnerable road users.
