Public realm scheme for proposed mixed use development on 3-17 Whitcomb Street to include residential, retail and office spaces. Key proposals are to remove an existing vehicle access; repave and widen the footway; undertake minor kerb realignment; make improvements to entrance levels; and upgrade existing street lighting.
