Project Overview

Westminster City Council has commissioned its service provider, FM Conway Limited, to undertake highways works on St.. Edmund’s Terrace and Wells Rise, outside 4-6 St. Edmund’s Terrace development, from Monday 5th April 2021 and all works will be completed by Monday 26th April 2021. The improvements include the following:

• Repaving footway and redundant vehicular entrances to the building in concrete paving;
• Creation of a new vehicular entrance to the building in Wells Rise to be surfaced in hot rolled asphalt;
• Improvements to the existing public lighting;
• Improvements to aid surface water drainage; and
• Increasing on-street parking.
