Project Overview

As part of the redevelopment of 171-175  Seymour Place, funding has been secured as part of a section 106 agreement to improve the highway adjacent to the development.

These streetscape improvements included:

• Repaving the footway in Seymour Place with new precast concrete paving flags;
• New kerbs and precast concrete paving flags in footway in Shillibeer Place;
• Resurfacing the carriageway in Shillibeer Place, to improve the surface and drainage in Shillibeer Place; and
• Realignment of kerbs in Shillibeer Place at the junction with York Street to improve access for delivery and refuse vehicles
