Project Overview

WCC Housing developer project, to include an initial Threshold Level Review and onward design to improve public realm around the new development.

Planning Ref: 20/05502/COFUL

Works include footway repaving, carriageway resurfacing, lighting upgrades, drainage repair work, tree planting and cycle stand installation along with minor changes to the existing kerbside restrictions. A new bus stop and shelter is to be installed on Lisson Grove southbound direction directly north of the Lilestone St/Church St junction.

Outline Programme

Phase 1 Works commenced on site on Monday 5th February 2024 with works programmed to be carried out until 1st November 2024.

Initial Phase of works on Lisson Grove (February to May 2024), then moving to Jerome Crescent (May to July 2024) followed by Bernhardt Crescent (July to November 2024).
