Project Overview

Developer funded scheme proposing Public Realm improvements to facilitate new development on North Wharf Road 55-65 Site II - European Land. Improvements include the following:

• Widening and repaving the western footway of North Wharf Road in concrete artificial stone paving (ASP) flags;
• Reconfiguring and resurfacing vehicular accesses to the new development in hot rolled asphalt;
• Changes to parking configuration and to waiting and loading restrictions; and
• Improvements to aid surface water drainage, including installation of new gullies.
