Project Overview

FM Conway, on behalf of Westminster City Council, will be carrying out highway improvement works on Broadway, Dacre Street, Dean Farrar Street and Victoria Street as part of the redevelopment of 8-10 Broadway.

The improvements include the following:

• New kerbing and kerb alignments around the extents of the development;
• New paving around the extents of the development in Artificial Stone Paving (ASP);
• New vehicles crossover on Broadway and Dacre Street;
• New raised table entry treatment at the junctions of Broadway, Dacre Street and St. Ermin’s Hill
• New shared use surface on Dacre Street;
• Upgraded gully works;
• Upgraded street lighting works; and
• Resurfacing works.

• Phase 1 - 12th January - 22nd February 2023 - Broadway between Caxton Street and St. Ermin's Hill
• Phase 2 - 9th February - 24th March 2023 - Dacre Street between Broadway and Dean Farrar Street
• Phase 3 - 16th March - 26th April 2023 - Broadway between Victoria Street and Caxton Street
• Phase 4 - 27th April - 5th June 2023 - Victoria Street between Broadway and Dean Farrar Street
