Project Overview

Project Overview Westminster City Council has commissioned its service provider, FM Conway Limited, to undertake public realm improvement works on St. Vincent Street between its junctions with Cramer Street and Aybrook Street. The works will include the following:

• Pedestrianisation of the western section of St. Vincent Street with restricted access for motor vehicles, controlled by removable bollards;
• Installation of a raised table at the junction of St. Vincent Street and Cramer Street;
• Introduction of a ‘Copenhagen’ style crossing at the junction of St. Vincent Street and Aybrook Street;
• Enhanced public street lighting to current standards;
• Addition of cycle stands; and
• Conversion of Pay-By-Phone parking bay to shared-use parking bay on Cramer Street.
