Project Overview Westminster City Council has commissioned its service provider, FM Conway Limited, to undertake public realm improvement works along Harrow Road, Cirencester Street and Woodchester Square as part of the developer project 300 Harrow Road. The works will include the following: These improvement works include:

• The reconstruction of footway around the development and surrounding area;
• Build out of junction at Cirencester Street & Woodchester Square;
• Public lighting improvements;
• Public drainage improvements;
• Carriageway resurfacing of Harrow Road, Cirencester Street & Woodchester Square;
• Addition of cycle stands;
• Planting of four new trees and;
