Project Overview

Westminster City Council has commissioned its service provider, FM Conway Limited, to undertake public realm improvement works along Berkeley Street and Piccadilly as part of the developer project on 70-73 Piccadilly. The works will include the following:

• The reconstruction of footway on 51-53 Berkeley Street;
• Carriageway resurfacing from 11 Berkeley Street to 1 Berkeley Street, towards the intersection with Piccadilly.
