Project Overview

Westminster City Council has commissioned its service provider, FM Conway Limited, to undertake public realm improvements works on Elizabeth Street, between Chester Row junction and Ebury Street. These improvements works include:

• Widening footways in areas of Alfresco dining;
• C Retention of Parking and loading bay facilities;
• Paving improvements where necessary;
